eGiftworks™ General application is an Internet application that allows a client to create, print, validate, redeem, void and report on paper or electronic gift certificates from anywhere in the world using a secure user name and password.

This is the Ultimate solution for your in-house gift certificate program; it is powerful, yet extremely easy to use. No more waiting for new versions or software updates, eGiftworks™ General application is perfect for spas, resorts, restaurants, malls and other retail stores. This program is particularly useful when you have multiple properties who want to use one system.

eGiftworks™ will apply any denomination, validation date, signature, sequential number and random security number, barcode or bank account number (for "gift checks"), personalization ( To: Jane; Happy Anniversary, etc.).

Several standard certificate formats are available or one custom certificate print format is included with initial setup.
Security gift certificate paper is available from GCP and can be branded with client's logo and color(s).

Certificates can also be created electronically in house and sent via email; certificates will appear in recipient's email account and can be printed from their browser. eGiftworks™ generates reports that can be selected and printed for any period to include sales, redemption, outstanding, inventory, user activity and more. Reports can be generated for any single issuing and redeeming location or for all locations.
